Job Description
A leading Investment Bank based in the City are currently recruiting for a Management Reporting Accountant to join their newly restructured team. The role will hold responsibility for the accounting and financial control of the trading activities of the group. This includes reconciliation and control of the companys general ledger; analysis of the companys trading activities; ensuring compliance with US GAAP/UK GAAP and ensuring SOX requirements are met.
This is working in a unique team within the bank who are not only responsible for all internal and external reporting, but also the review and control of the traded financial instruments, therefore previous Investment Banking or Product Control experience is essential. Candidates must be qualified accountants (ACA, ACMA, ACCA or equivalent) and have a knowledge of UK GAAP relating to financial instruments.
