Job Description

CRM Business Consultant Perm Insurance - London Top Insurance Company is looking for a CRM Business Consultant to join their CRM team.

My client has recently deployed a new CRM solution across their business and is now expanding their CRM team to now roll out the successful implementation of their CRM solution.

The CRM team is a central resource responsible for the roll out and the usage of the CRM system to the retail businesses.

The CRM Business Consultant is the primary business facing role in the CRM team. The role will be based in London though frequent travel is required given the requirement for the Consultant to be on-site in business offices three to four days per week.

The main responsibilities of the CRM Business Consultant are:

• CRM promotion to CRM users, Sales Directors and Managing Directors
• Co-ordination of the CRM implementations
• Motivate users, overcoming resistance to ensure CRM usage is high
• Train the users, tailoring training so the system fits into current business processes, always promoting best practice
• Post implementation support and ongoing relationship management of allocated businesses
• Primary contact for business-related CRM issues

To be successful for CRM Business Consultant position you will need the following experience.

• Sales experience
• CRM experience (practical)
• Project Management
• Training
