Job Description
The Role
To deliver a high quality, timely and accurate billing service to a selected catalogue of Elan clients in line with their contract and to Elans high customer service standards. The role would suit a highly motivated individual who is committed to excellence and has good attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Check data on billing system is accurate and in line with agreed client contract. Ensure bills are raised in accordance with the Elan billing processes within the Tempest system. Ensure customer indicative data is present and correct in line with client agreement before billing. Produce bills in agreed client format to include the client calendar Liaison with all operational departments, Elan Sales Offices and Clients ensuring a high-level of customer service Investigation and resolution of invoicing queries within the team targets and turn around times and ensuring all paperwork and processes are completed and adhered to Keep process documentation and filing up to date and current. Continual search for process improvement and excellence. Ensure team WIP is always current SOX compliancy

Excellent analytical, logical and detailed approach to work and resolution of issues. Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines experience in working in a fast paced administrative or accounts environment. Demonstrable experience of working in a team environment. Experience of working in the Recruitment Industry (not essential) GCSE Maths or a mathematical qualification Knowledge of Tempest.
