Recruitment Consultant – Sales Recruitment, Hertfordshire
- Basic salary circa £25k - £32k
- Uncapped commission scheme
- Additional accelerator bonuses
- Growing client base, expanding company
Company
An established recruitment organisation with over 20 years experience recruiting sales and management professionals into the building industry.
They are experiencing a growth in vacancies from an existing client base and have a number of opportunities for consultants to service these and also build a further client list.
Position
- They are looking for a recruitment or senior consultant for their Hertfordshire office to deal with recruitment within the sales sector – filling permanent positions ranging from sales advisors to managers and directors.
- You will be networking and building relationships at all levels in a discreet and professional manner in order to maximise relationships.
- You will be expected to meet and interview all of your candidates which may require you to travel out of the office for one day per month.
- You will be expected to complete the full 360 degree recruitment cycle.
Requirement
- You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in recruitment, and exposure to recruitment in a professional sector is essential.
- You are a lively sales person with an outgoing personality and you have the professionalism to deal with clients and candidates at all levels.
