TCL/LJ 5457: Our client seeks a receptionist/administrative assistant for an assignment within the early years department of its children's learning services division.
We are acting for a N London based local authority
The post will be located in Finchley, N2 and will be for 15 hpw, Mon-Fri, hours as follows:
Mon 08.45-15.45
Tues/Weds/Fri 12.00-16.00
Thurs 12.00-16.30
This is anticipated to be, initially at least, a 3 month assignment.
Essence of role:
You will be engaged in public facing reception and associated office administration duties. These will include logging visitors, issuing id badges, telephone answering, maintaining stocks of leaflets and other hand-out materials, booking meeting rooms etc.
Candidate requirements (*indicates must be CLEARLY EVIDENT FROM YOUR CV, not just your covering letter, to avoid auto-rejection by client):
*UK reception and office administration experience within a large organisation
*Enhanced CRB check issued within past 3 years
UK local authority or other public sector experience advantageous, but not a prerequisite
Any children's services related experience a bonus and could usefully be stated on your CV
