Sales and Marketing Director
Up to £80,000 basic – depending on experience + Bonus + Benefits
Base Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

Our Client, an energetic and innovative Learning and Development Company, are looking to recruit a Sales Director to join their dynamic, forward thinking account management team. This Company deals with some of the world’s most successful organizations, they specialize in the training and development of individuals and teams in many different areas including sales training and leadership.

Reporting directly to the MD and Shareholders, you will lead the Sales and Marketing team and play an integral role in supporting and developing a growing team of Business Development Managers as well as developing and driving new and existing business.

With at least 5 years at a similar level in your career, you will require the following key skills and experience:

• A proven track record of success in a similar industry
• Strong man management and motivation skills
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Consultative selling skills
• Ability to work in a multi disciplined environment
• Educated to degree level
