Customer Service Representative
£20,800 pa. + Excellent Benefits
Watford, Herts.
Our Client is a global leader in medical technology with its Head Office based in Watford.
They are looking for experienced customer service representatives to provide a central point of contact for customers, both internal and external. You will be expected to provide accurate and timely sales order processing and be able to adopt a proactive approach to the control and traceability of inventory. You will work closely with the Customer, Sales Team, Credit Control and Inventory departments.
Key Responsibilities include:
To check, clarify, process and respond to all orders received
To ensure that all the details are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
Liaise with the credit control team if there are any outstanding credit issues that need resolving before shipment of product
Ensure all invoicing and shipping is accurate and investigate any invoice disputes that may arise
To investigate and process requests to return stock
To liaise with customers on any delivery, pricing, stock issues
To investigate, authorise and action stock movements where appropriate
Candidate Requirements
Atleast 2 years relevant order processing experience is essential
A good standard of general education, commercial awareness and professionalism
Computer literate with well-developed keyboard skills
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
Methodical, accurate, good communication skills with an excellent telephone manner, flexible and able to work on own initiative
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
Salary: £20,800 pa. + excellent benefits package
