TCL/LJ 5077371: Our client seeks an office administrator for an assignment within the professional standards division of its deputy commissioner's directorate.

We are acting for the Metropolitan Police Service.

The post will be based in Westminster, SW1 and will be for 36 hpw, Mon-Fri, normal business hours.

This is anticipated to be, initially at least, a 3-4 month assignment.


Essence of role:

Taking warrant card pictures.

Process incoming telephone calls, gather information to support action,

provide customer service, analyse information, evaluate information to support action, provide specialist advise and knowledge.

Maintain a record management system, photocopy documents, organise and record meetings, review retain and dispose of records and information, input, retrieve and present data using a computer, produce and present documents using a computer


Candidate requirements (*indicates items that MUST BE APPARENT FROM YOUR CV, not just your covering letter, to avoid the danger of being automatically rejected by the client):

*Must have at least CTC level security clearance in place

*UK office administration experience within a large organisation

UK police or other public sector experience useful, but not a prerequisite

Any Met related experience a bonus
